Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) are known that have important role to improve plant phosphate uptake as biofertilizer. These Microorganism hold potential promote organic agriculture eco friendly and efficiency. This study aims isolate, enumerate characterize indigenous PSB from Kebunan Village soil the biofertilizer agent. Isolation enumeration were carried out using spread plate method on PCA media for of total bacteria Pikovskaya (PKV) NBRIP BPF selection enumeration. characterization includes observing morphological colonies cells. experimental studies found pH was 6.5, temperature range 28-35 °C, P content 0.59 1.09 dissolved sequentially smallest is 0.53 (KB2), 29.41 (KB1), 60.45 (KB3). The abundance at 3 different locations showed variations between 1.97 x 106 287 106. highest reached 5.45 cfu/g in watershed which had lowest available content. Total 7 isolates successfully isolated characterized with colony characters cell shapes. selected dominated by Gram-positive bacilli.
